Our shipping charges on domestic deliveries are 150 Rs.

International shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the weight of the parcel and can be viewed during checkout.

Our estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2-4 business working days post dispatch.

International orders usually take 10-12 business working days post dispatch.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry, and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (UPS etc.) at the time of your order delivery, after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment,
Sampada will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund

Once the shipment is dispatched, the tracking number will be shared to you through email.

The deliveries will be affected in case of covid restrictions put in place by the government.
